Help: Postal Code & Street in France, Czech and Spain
Xin các bạn chỉ dùm D web nào có list tên đường, thành phố và postal code của 3 nước là Cộng Hòa Séc, Pháp và Tây Ban Nha. Hiền giờ thì D vẫn đang tìm kiếm nhưng do không rành ngôn ngữ của những quốc gia đó nên D nghĩ là D khó mà kiếm được. Ai biết xin chỉ dùm D nhé! Cám ơn rất nhiều.

Wow! Tìm tên đường phố cuả một thành phố đã khó, nói chi cuả cả một nước, như nước Pháp, diện tích nó đã gấp rưỡi nước mình rồi!

Cám ơn GS, D đã kiếm trong wikipedia. Hiện giờ D trong tay list postal của Czech nhưng thiếu phần tên đường. Còn 2 nước kia vẫn đang tìm.

The postal code (French: code postal) consists of five digits, the first two digits being the number of the département in metropolitan France where the post office in charge of delivery to a town is located. The system is also used outside Europe, in the Overseas Departments and Territories, but it is the first three digits that identify the département or territory. The digits 00 are used for Military addresses. The digits 20 are used for all of Corsica; Corsica used to be one département numbered 20, but today it is split into two départements numbered as 2A and 2B.
The next three digits identify the local postal office in charge of mail delivery. A regular postcode always ends with a 0, with the notable exception of Paris, Lyon and Marseille - see below - and the Overseas Départements and Territories. Postcodes not ending with a 0 may indicate a special code, known as CEDEX (see below), or newest postcodes.
In Paris, the last two digits of the postal code indicate the arrondissement. Prior to 1972, an address in the eighth arrondissement in Paris, would be written as:

This number was incorporated into the postal code as:

An exception to this rule is the XVIe arrondissement, which has two postal codes, 75016 (south) and 75116 (north).
Outside of Paris, the cities of Lyon and Marseille are also divided into arrondissements, which are part of the postal code:

In each département, the préfecture (main city) has a postal code ending with 000, for example Bourges in Cher:

The more important the city, the simpler the postal code. The sous-préfectures are generally recognized by using a XXX00 postcode. Here is for example the postal code of a small village, Lépaud in Creuse:

And the postal code of Mortagne-au-Perche, sous-préfecture of the Département de l'Orne:

It is not rare that many adjacent villages share the same postal code, which is primarily associated with a bigger post office, e.g.: 64150 can correspond to Abidos, Bésingrand, Lagor, Lahourcade, Mourenx, Noguère, Os Marsillon, Pardies, Sauvelade and Vielleségure.
Overseas Départements and Territories use 3-digit codes starting with : 971 (Guadeloupe), 972 (Martinique), 973 (French Guiana), 974 (Réunion), 975 (Saint-Pierre and Miquelon), 976 (Mayotte), 984 (French Southern Territories), 986 (Wallis and Futuna), 987 (French Polynesia), 988 (New Caledonia). In March 2008 La Poste proposed allotting 977 to Saint Barthélemy and 978 to Saint Martin due to their new status as overseas collectivities[1]. In this case, the last zero is dropped so as to keep the 5-digit format. This is why the regular postcodes for these don't end with 0 except for the préfecture or sous-préfecture, for example :

There is also a system known as CEDEX, Courrier d'Entreprise à Distribution EXceptionnelle, designed for recipients of large volumes of mail. A postal code is allocated to each large organisation or to post office box holders, ending in three unique digits, for example:

The '05' is for the Ve arrondissement. Ordinary deliveries would be addressed to:

It is also acceptable to include a boîte postale (post office box) number as well as the street address in CEDEX addresses.

The French postal code system is also used in Monaco as if it were a French département numbered 98. However the destination country that has to be indicated, when sending a letter from outside the country, is "Monaco" and not "France".

Postal codes were introduced and standardised in Spain in 1976, when Correos (the national postal service of Spain) introduced automated mail sorting. Cám ơn MH, MH rành về computer chắc có thể đoán là D đang làm gì hén. D đang tạo lookup gồm 3 field tên đường, mã bưu điện và tên thành phố đó. Lookup đầy đủ của D sẽ phải có hết 3 field nhưng hiện giờ D vẫn thiếu, có thấy 1 số trên web nhưng nhiêu đó ko là bao hết.
Oh, cám ơn anh jd luôn nha, D thấy bài post của anh rồi. D cũng đã có coi qua bài này. Hì, dường như D đã tìm rất nhiều nhưng vẫn chưa có được cái D cần. Hơi khó, hix...

D không biết dấu gạch ngang tượng trưng cho gì, có phải chữ bis? và tại sao lại có chỗ ghi "28707 through 28709", vậy có phải "through" là biểu diễn cho 28707 20708 20709?

Dạ , mía xin chào quí vị ạ .
Mía có thấy phần mềm này để kiếm tên đường trên thế giới , chả biết Chị Da1uhate có phải cần cái này không ...???
Đầu tiên Chị vào Google dowloard phần mềm Google Earth free.
Nếu muốn kiếm tên đường :
1. Anliege : Chị cho tên Thành phố vào , rồi tên đường . Click vào chổ suchen ( tìm kiếm ).
Ví dụ : Berlin Brandenburgertor ....
Chúc Chị như ý nha . Nếu có gì thắc mắc cứ gào to lên heng ...Mía lau

Hi Mía, thiệt là cám ơn Mía cùng anh jd, MH nhiều lắm vì đã giúp D. Google Earth thì D có biết rồi, cái này D dùng để giải trí thoai hà, chứ dùng làm việc thì hỏng được mô Mía ơi. Cái D cần là list để D đưa vào trong lookup. "Có công mài sắt có ngày nên xà beng", tối qua D kiếm được khoảng 8000 tên city của Spain nhưng có lẽ D nên dừng cuộc tìm kiếm này vì cơ sở dữ liệu kiểu như D kiếm thì người ta chỉ bán chứ chẳng ai cho không.
Thành thật cảm ơn mọi người nhiều nghen.
À, hồi trước khi coi google earth, D có nghĩ tới chuyện một ngày nào đó con người chỉ cần ngồi một chỗ mà thấy được khắp nơi trên thế giới đang di động chứ không còn là ảnh tĩnh nữa, D nghĩ kỹ thuật này chắc cũng đã có rồi nhưng có thể chỉ dùng trong quân sự, chỉ cần vệ tinh chụp 24hình/1giây là mình có video để coi rồi mờ. Hì! nếu được phổ biến chắc là mắc cười lắm ha, lỡ D thấy Mía hay ai đó đang ngoáy mũi thì sao hè?
p/s -> Mía: D đoán Mía sống ở Deutschland oder Österreich nè, đúng hông? Dùng google toàn bằng Deutsch hông hà, D nhìn hỏng hỉu mô...

Mém quên bẵng đi là mình Reply cho Chị ...Dạ , lúc hôm qua đi công chiện , làm biếng kiếm tên đường qua bản đồ , mía bấm lẹ Google Earth. Chèng ơi mơí để ý thâý nhà mình , hú hồn mình hỏng có ngoáy muĩ mà đang bắt chấy ...hihihi.
